Table Top Rates:

Member Rate: $650. Includes one six (6) foot table, two chairs and a one day registration. Additional booth staff can be purchased at $100/person.

Non-Member Rate – $875. Includes one six (6) foot table, two chairs and a one day registration. Additional booth staff can be purchased at $150/person.

Electrical is extra – $75.

The table top exhibits schedule will be:

Wednesday, June 7, 2023
1:00 p.m. – Conference Day I starts
3:00 p.m. – early set up for table tops
5:30 p.m. – Awards Reception and Dinner

Thursday, June 8, 2023
7:30 a.m. – continuation of set up for table tops
8:00 a.m. – conference Day 2 starts
3:30 p.m. – table tops shut down

The table top exhibits will be located in the Central Foyer (31 tables) and the main foyer near registration (9 tables).
