The deadline to submit abstracts for consideration to be an official presenter at CIFST’s National Conference has been extended to February 28.

With the theme Healthy Food Revolution: Challenges, Innovations and Future Directions, the 2018 National Conference is taking place May 27 to 29 at the White Oaks Resort and Conference Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

The CIFST Conference Committee is seeking presentations addressing relevant topics including nutrition and health, product innovation, locally sourced foods, macronutrients, bioactives, novel processing technologies, food safety and regulation, nutrigenomics, nanotechnology and consumer food trends.
