It has been over two months since the global pandemic was declared and life as we knew it suddenly changed.

Canadian Institute of Food Science & Technology (CIFST) and Food in Canada, Canada’s food and beverage processing magazine, have partnered in a research project to help determine how the food sector is faring and to scan its economic and human resource landscape.

By participating in this survey you will be helping us to set important data benchmarks as well as capture a snapshot of the industry at a moment in time. Survey participants will have the option of receiving report findings.

Over the next several months we will be collecting further data that will allow us to measure the sectors’ progress post-COVID.
