Visitors to the website can also find a message from the 2018 National Conference Committee along with an array of information on registration, accommodation, travel and conference sponsorship. There are now just three months until the Annual National Conference being presented this year with the theme of Healthy Food Revolution: Challenges, Innovations and Future Directions.

Topics at this year’s conference include Nutrition and Human Health, Food Bioactives, Novel Food Processing Technologies, Nanotechnology for Healthy Foods and Consumer Trends on Healthy Foods to name a few. More presentation and speaker information will be added to the website as it becomes available.

The 2018 National Conference is taking place May 27 to 29 at the White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON.
