L&#8217;huile de chanvre et les hydrolysats de prot\u00e9ines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien \u00e9tudi\u00e9s ; le rapport \u03c9-6\/\u03c9-3 favorable et le profil complet d&#8217;acides amin\u00e9s essentiels sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le plan nutritionnel et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du risque de maladie cardiovasculaire. Toutefois, le m\u00e9canisme d&#8217;action et les composants bioactifs exacts responsables des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques observ\u00e9s sur la sant\u00e9 restent largement inconnus. Les compos\u00e9s phytochimiques bioactifs de la graine de chanvre, y compris les tocoph\u00e9rols, les compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques et les lignanamides, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s pour leurs effets antioxydants, anti-inflammatoires et anti-apoptotiques ; cependant, aucun examen syst\u00e9matique de la composition phytochimique de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de graines de chanvre, de ses fractions de traitement et de ses sous-produits, y compris les graines d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es, la farine de graines d\u00e9graiss\u00e9e et les \u00e9cales, n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9. Les compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques li\u00e9s et leur contribution potentielle aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour la sant\u00e9 n&#8217;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9s. Les \u00e9tudes initiales sur la prot\u00e9ine de chanvre indiquent sa valeur nutritionnelle, tandis que les peptides bioactifs g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l&#8217;hydrolyse pourraient \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9s dans les effets antioxydants et anti-hypertenseurs, des \u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e9tant n\u00e9cessaires pour confirmer les identit\u00e9s et valider le mode d&#8217;action des peptides bioactifs. L&#8217;inflammation de bas niveau et l&#8217;exposition prolong\u00e9e au stress oxydatif sont les causes profondes de ces maladies chroniques non transmissibles, et l&#8217;inflammation au niveau de l&#8217;intestin affecte directement notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire, puisque 70 % de l&#8217;ensemble du syst\u00e8me immunitaire se trouve dans les tissus gastro-intestinaux. Les effets des bioactifs du chanvre sur les biomarqueurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation, \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire et aux interactions avec le microbiote intestinal deviennent donc d&#8217;une importance cruciale pour les avantages potentiels de la consommation de chanvre pour la sant\u00e9, mais ces effets sont actuellement inconnus.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet propos\u00e9 r\u00e9pond principalement \u00e0 la priorit\u00e9 de recherche &#8220;Croissance \u00e9conomique et d\u00e9veloppement&#8221; \u00e9tablie par l&#8217;ICSTA, tout en incorporant \u00e9galement des aspects de la priorit\u00e9 de recherche &#8220;R\u00e9silience du secteur et d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9taux&#8221;. Ce projet cible de multiples aspects du cycle agricole du chanvre. Il s&#8217;agit notamment de comprendre quels cultivars sont cultiv\u00e9s et leurs param\u00e8tres de qualit\u00e9 de base, ainsi que la mani\u00e8re dont le broyage, le traitement thermique et biologique modifient les attributs nutritionnels, fonctionnels et de promotion de la sant\u00e9 du chanvre. Une approche syst\u00e9matique est adopt\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer les diff\u00e9rents cultivars de chanvre, les produits \u00e0 base de chanvre et les sous-produits et coproduits de la transformation, en utilisant des m\u00e9thodes chimiques et biochimiques ainsi que des cultures cellulaires et des mod\u00e8les animaux. Les r\u00e9sultats de ce projet profiteront aux producteurs de chanvre et \u00e0 la cha\u00eene de valeur du chanvre, tout en faisant progresser l&#8217;industrie canadienne du chanvre en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de nouvelles informations sur la valeur nutritionnelle et les attributs de sant\u00e9 du chanvre canadien et en favorisant le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles vari\u00e9t\u00e9s hautement nutritives. Les informations sur les divers composants bioactifs et leurs effets antioxydants et anti-inflammatoires, en particulier les interactions avec le microbiome intestinal et les effets modulateurs sur les r\u00e9ponses immunitaires, fourniront des informations essentielles aux organismes de r\u00e9glementation pour d&#8217;\u00e9ventuelles all\u00e9gations de sant\u00e9, et transmettront un message positif au grand public sur les avantages pour la sant\u00e9 de la graine de chanvre au-del\u00e0 de sa valeur nutritionnelle de base. Les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, en particulier sur la sant\u00e9 intestinale, entra\u00eeneront une augmentation de la consommation d&#8217;aliments \u00e0 base de graines de chanvre, et la compr\u00e9hension des bioactifs dans les diff\u00e9rentes parties des graines de chanvre conduira \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de sous-produits de transformation ou de coproduits tels que le son et la farine de graines de chanvre, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi une valeur suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les cultivateurs et les transformateurs de chanvre.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243;
