Tout comme ces b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui travaillent dur, votre motivation pour partager de votre temps avec l\u2019ICSTA pourrait \u00eatre pour plusieurs raisons\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour rehausser vos aptitudes professionnelles et d\u2019affaires ;<\/li>\n<li>pour d\u00e9velopper vos contacts et vos relations d\u2019affaires ;<\/li>\n<li>pour soutenir l\u2019industrie dans laquelle vous travaillez, et aider \u00e0 influencer la direction de l\u2019ICSTA ;<\/li>\n<li>et\/ou aider vos coll\u00e8gues membres \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de programmes et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements de haut calibre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peu importe la raison, vous \u00eates assur\u00e9 de tirer le meilleur parti de votre adh\u00e9sion en vous impliquant dans l\u2019un des comit\u00e9s \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adh\u00e9sion\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Contribuer \u00e0 attirer et \u00e0 enr\u00f4ler de nouveaux membres et participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention des membres actuels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Groupe consultatif scientifique \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Augmenter l\u2019identit\u00e9, le professionnalisme et la voix de l\u2019ICSTA via le d\u00e9veloppement et le partage d\u2019avis d\u2019experts et d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conf\u00e9rence annuelle<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du programme de la conf\u00e9rence annuelle, aider aux ventes de commandites et aider \u00e0 promouvoir la participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Groupe d\u2019\u00e9tudiants<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 (Restreint aux membres \u00e9tudiants) Participer \u00e0 la mise en r\u00e9seau virtuelle des \u00e9tudiants et au d\u00e9veloppement de programmes r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019engagement en termes de temps varie d\u2019un comit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre, toutefois un comit\u00e9 peut se r\u00e9unir toutes les six semaines, la contribution mensuelle d&#8217;un b\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e9tant d&#8217;environ 2 \u00e0 6 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous savez que vous pouvez contribuer le temps et que vous d\u00e9sirez participer \u00e0 un comit\u00e9 pour au moins une ann\u00e9e, veuillez soumettre l\u2019information requise ci-dessous. Like these hard-working volunteers, your motivation for sharing some of your time with CIFST could be for any one of a number of reasons:<\/span><\/div><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 to enhance your professional and business skills;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 to develop your business contacts and relationships;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 to support the industry in which you work, and help influence the direction of CIFST;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 and\/or to help fellow association members benefit from high-calibre programs and events.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Whatever the reason, you are guaranteed to get more from your CIFST membership by getting involved on any of the committees listed below.<\/span><\/p><\/div><div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Membership <\/strong>- Assist in the attraction and engagement of new members and participate in retaining existing members.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Scientific Advisory Panel - <\/strong>Increase CIFST\u2019s identity, professionalism and voice through the development and sharing of expert views and information.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Annual Conference<\/strong> - Contribute to the annual conference program development, assist with sponsorship sales and help promote attendance.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Student Group<\/strong> - (Restricted to student members) Participate in virtual student networking and student-only program development.<\/span><\/div><div><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The time commitment for each committee varies, however a committee may meet every six weeks with a volunteer\u2019s monthly contribution of time totalling approximately 2 to 6 hours.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If you know you can contribute the time and wish to participate on a committee for a minimum of one year, please submit the information requested below.
