REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for cancellation of new or renewed CIFST memberships must be received in writing within 7 days of the issue of receipt. Membership cancellations are subject to a non-refundable administrative charge of $50.
The reactivation of lapsed CIFST memberships will also be subject to an administrative charge of $50 in addition to the applicable membership fee.
Requests for full refunds for all CIFST National events such as the Canadian Food Summit, webinars, etc. must be made at least 14 days in advance.
There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of paid events.
