The contest’s second round was narrowed down to the five teams below. The 14 jurors were sent each team’s maple innovation for taste sampling in January and the scores were submitted. On Monday February 6th the grand prize-winning team was announced! Congratulations to Yuchen Bai and Arianna Sultani of Team Novaland, University of Guelph with their maple innovation of chickpea pancake mix.
