Registration fees will be subject to 13% HST.
Included in your registration is:
- Full Delegate/ Student: includes access to All programming, Posters & Exhibits, Breakfasts, Lunches, Breaks, Receptions and Dinner as outlined in the program Wednesday to Friday.
- One day – Thursday: includes access to All programming, Posters & Exhibits, Breakfast, Lunch, Break and Reception as outlined in the program Thursday.
- Awards Dinner only: includes dinner for one person on Thursday, June 11, 2026, only

Discounted Rates
The CIFST Summit registration fees have been carefully set to reflect the true cost of delivering a high-quality Summit experience, including venue, programming, speaker engagement, and catering for attendees. This said, we are unable to offer discounted rates, as this would compromise our ability to maintain this standard and ensure the event remains financially sustainable. Nor is the registration software structured to support group or bulk registration discounts.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering strong value for every attendee.
International Attendees
We encourage attendees to check and make sure what the requirements are before booking their travels. Please note that our conference is not necessarily international in scope and therefore we cannot invite international visitors, and we do not register with Immigration and Citizenship. CIFST does not provide letters of registration or invitation.
