Supported by a significant investment from the Government of Canada and industry leaders, the event highlighted the groundbreaking work aimed at revolutionizing food science innovation across the country. Attendees had the opportunity to meet the researchers driving the initiative and heard from Scientific Director Phillip Lee Wing, who shared insights on the strategic research agenda. The event provided valuable perspectives on advancing sustainability and resilience in Canada’s food systems through collaboration and innovation.
